How the Process Works

How It Works 

1. Check the Ticket Calendar Website – Available shows to request tickets to will be listed. If a show is not listed, it is not available.
2. Click on the Show Date and Submit a Request Form – Requests must be submitted no later than 4 weeks but preferably 6 weeks before a show. Tell us who the tickets are for, how many, and provide the AXS email/name for transfer.
3. Selection – The Mayor’s Office Ticket Manager reviews requests and makes ticket selection three weeks before the show.  Once selections are finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with the selection status. 
4. Distribution – Red Rocks and most Bellco tickets are transferred via AXS to the AXS email provided. For all other venues, physical tickets will be issued and must be picked up at the corresponding Will Call office one hour before showtime.  If you are requesting on behalf of a stakeholder/city employee the tickets will be transferred directly to their AXS email or listed under their name at the will call office.   
5. Unused Tickets - If you will not end up using all requested tickets, please send an email to morequests@denvergov.org to let the Ticket Manager know. For AXS send tickets that would go unused, send them back to the Ticket Manager for redistribution.
